So im getting chinese chicken and broccoli today for lunch. Im a little nervous about it. I know the sauce will have some carbs, so im hoping its enough of an allowance that if i do good for the rest of the day. oy vey!

I tried getting it with no sauce and it tasted like slop. Hope you had a great lunch.

Not sure of the Atkins criteria, but my favorite Chinese food has become Steamed Vegetables and Rice (brown) and Spring/Egg Roll. Keep it up and it'll keep it down. :)
