Been super busy lately... Today was a fun but running around day... Got alot done, So I will enjoy the weekend. Air has cleared up, house is super clean, and everything is caught up
Will make up my mind to start logging food in everyday. I do weigh myself every morning to make sure nothing gets extreme out of control. My weight was 167 this morning which matches my last fat secret reading.
