Today I went to a buffet!!! the plan was to eat until I could not stand up lol...
i did that pretty much!! :)
As I am lean bulking I don't want to put on extra fat so as soon as I got home I added everything I ate to my food journal slightly overestimating the food!!
the result: I consumed 3750kcal!!(that's a 530kcal surplus).
to keep things balanced the step to take is simple!!!!
I'll reduce my carbs on the next 2 days by 66g each day! that's it!!!!! I've used this method before, it's very effective.
At the end of the day what matters is the weekle average
