Trader Joe's is becoming my new "go-to". When if get to busy to pack my lunch in the morning, I can run right to trader joe's and get a nice salad and then add their salmon, roasted turkey or baked chicken. it's perfect! and low cal. Another fav from there... steel cut oatmeal frozen in individual portions. I picked up a grinder (like a pepper grainder) from there today too... it contains brown sugar, chocolate flakes and coffee beans. i think I'll grind it over the oatmeal or some vanilla Greek yogurt later today. Love, love love Trader Joe's!!! I'm trying to make it a habit. Don't run to Chikfila... I'll def have the fries if I do... run to TJs instead.
