Work has been crazy which is why I have been kind of MIA. Work let some people go which doubled my workload. I haven't been strict with my diet the last week. A lot of bad foods!!! But today is DAY 1 of the isagenix cleanse. My friend begged me to do the 30 days with her. She wanted a buddie. This is her second 30 day cleanse and she lost 10 lbs her 1st 30 days So I told her I would do it with her. Day 1 is pretty good. Shakes taste okay. They are not super filling but they take the hunger pangs away. Tomorrow I plan to have a small veggie and hard boiled egg salad as a snack to add more protein and veggies into the loop. I think my snacks between the shakes are key to keep me feeling full and satisfied. I am really looking forward to my NY strip steak dinner tonight..

Btw I do a shake for breakfast and lunch. And in-between I do a snack. It can be eggs, veggies, salad, low sugar fruit. I am hoping sticking to this program helps me get past this 151 plateau and boosts my confidence and motivation to get my body back

Sounds great and good luck! Be sure you are focused on also healing yourself to avoid that nasty rebound afterwards. I'm sure you'll do great on the cleanse. :)

its good so far today. I just realized after lunch and a snack I was only at 800 cal and I felt light headed. I ate sushi right after and felt better. So now I realize I need to tweak it and eat a little more for my activity level which is fine!

I have mushrooms!!! but they are being used tonight in my ground beef, kelp noodle and mushroom stirfry
