Day 3 of Detox: Fruits and Veggies
Is it ONLY day 3? Really? I feel like it's been a week! That being said, I totally got caught off guard and ate a piece of pizza last night. Okay, fine. I ate two pieces of pizza. But nothing else off diet. I promise.
I'm SO MAD that I couldn't hold my stupid mouth shut! Really !?!?! I'm that weak!? Yep, I couldn't even make it through day 2. That's why I'm here, signing in, and confessing my gastronomical sins.
It leads me to one important question: If one cheats on a detox diet, does one have to start the detox over, or do you continue on the journey? Ha! AS IF I ACTUALLY HAVE THE WILL POWER to do day 1 and 2 again! I decided that the answer for me is to continue, with renewed determination, and to be successful with day 3. Day 4-7 is something that I will consider later. For now, I'm 7 waking hours into day 3 and doing well!
