Ear to ear smile.

Water intake 1.5l yesterday, which is great. Also, I wanted to give up and eat yummy things yesterday. (Usually happens at this stage, and my success depends on getting over my cravings)

Then I remembered the frozen banana 'ice cream' thing - thanks Pinterest - and I whipped up a "Milkshake" - 1 Frozen banana, 150ml low-fat milk, 15ml cocoa and 15ml Peanut butter - it was amazing. Took away all cravings and filled me up, no sugar / sweetener and best of all, kept me on track! :))
