So I have been a rebelling against dieting for the past week. My life has been more stressful and I haven't been focused at all. This week I'm starting on the right food. I did lack sleep last night but I have internet at home so now even on my days off, if I'm home, it will be easier for me to track my stuff. I weigh in tomorrow and I'm still stoked on seeing the numer 1-3-5 all together jumping up on my scale. It would be invigorating. After that I'd only have 5 pounds left and as I've been doing anyway, I will take my time with it. It's a lifestyle change not a quick fix. Tonight after work I'm going to go on a relaxing walk with no time preference. My work day is only seven hours today so that should go by with ease. I woke up happy today so here we go!
