Had a GREAT workout this morning. I used a 40 minute iPod audio workout from iTRAIN while I was on the elliptical and it pushed me harder than I would push myself with speed and resistance intervals. It felt really good. I'm feeling a little tired now but I think that's mostly the weather.

The power of music!!! I wish my ipod still worked - that was a waiste of $90!!! Anyway, glad you had a great workout - keep it up!!!

I was a little purple in the face after it was over, believe me. The iTRAIN thing is great.. you have music in the background but it's a recording of a trainer telling you what to do (adjust the resistance, go faster, etc.) and saying encouraging, though sometimes cheesy things. The time went by so much faster...
