Still on the straight and narrow. Cutting back on cheese as it seems to stall me out. Have fallen in love with hamburger meatloaf patty made in my iron skillet with butter on it. Mmm. Went to the Dr and had all kinds of blood work done because she doesn't think carnivore is good for me. Still insists I eat carbs even though I'm diabetic. Crazy. The blood work came back flawless except for I'm a little low on Vitamin D and since I lost weight, I need to reduce my Synthroid.
Bones are beginning to pop out in areas like my wrists, knees, collarbone, shoulder bone and ribs. I'm down from a 26 to 18 in jeans and from a 4x to XL in tops. The weight is going slow but the inches are melting off me.
Blood sugar is staying steady around 110-125.
Overall, things are going really well. I'm not craving things, eating meat, eggs and butter seems to be working great.
