Had a pretty good last 3 days stayed under my 1200 calorie a day diet, I am eating more carbs than I think I should. Spoke to the dietitan, she recommended the 1200 a day calories, with 2 to 3 days of excerize get my heart rate up to 125 work out for 20 to 30 minutes. I have an appt set with nutritional health for May, that's the soonest they could get me in. They treat the whole body, and really go over ones complete health to determine the best diet plan. Looking forward to seeing them for sure.
