This Morning, I went to the Gym and did some bench pressing, curls with fifth-teen pounds on both arms, a thirty-second plank, and five Push-ups. When I get home, I am going to do a quick bike route. The soreness has been leaving my body a little bit at a time. Hopefully, I can improve more in the next week or so. I'll keep you guys updated every morning after my workout!
