Today, I am making a stew with organic kidney beans, organic pinto beans, organic long-grain brown rice, organic black beans, organic chicken bone broth and chia seeds. I'll have a bowl with a slice of Dave's Killer Bread with 21 whole grains and seeds for lunch.
For breakfast, I had a mixed berry and cashew butter smoothie (nonfat kefir base with chia seeds).
