My scale is wonky!! LOL!! But I finally found a spot where the floor is level...when I weighed in at 191 it was actually 195 . That's OK...I am now 194...woo hooo...from now on only recording my Monday morning weigh in.
I have been 100% on the atkins plan...no sugar, bread, pasta..not even a little bite! It has been easier to do this time because I KNOW how well it works.
Doctor called yesterday to tell me I have a vit D deficiency , probably why I am loosing my hair in handfuls...was scared it was something serious. apparently this is common for people in RI...no sun just snow.
