Today is a gym rest day for me but I think I'm still going to do a little at home exercise because I know it will make me feel good. My little bother...I mean brother...likes this set of home no equipment required exercises that was developed for the Royal Canadian Air Force for its personnel - crunches, side bends, modified push ups, running in place, etc. So I think I'll do that.

I'm feeling like my work at the gym really paid off this week which is very exciting. I'm starting to feel like my investment in myself is paying off which is a better way to look at it. The compliments I'm receiving from friends, family, co-workers and the BF are aces, but the best part is that I'm feeling proud of myself.

Have to get the ol' butt moving as I need to hit the grocery store and pick up some more fruit and veggies.

It's amazing how much the addition of exercise can do to boost the weight loss efforts. Sounds like you're doing well with both the diet and the exercise and it's paying off. Good for you!
