Guys i need your HELP please
i need to decrease the amount of carbs i eat ,, and increase the protein portion any advises ??
PS : i'm vegetarian

you can eat soya or better make your won soya, it's really fun! Get meat free meat and eat only crabs from fruit and vegetables. I know its hard to get protein when you are a vegetarian (I am a former vegetarian, vegan,carnivore) i eat both now

I am a vegetarian too and I have found that vegan protein shakes are a good way to go (and no question if they are veg friendly). Boiled eggs, string cheese, cottage cheese are all good. Also, quinoa is super high in protein and can be used like pasta (try chilling it after cooking it and making a pasta salad substitute). Soy meat substitute are good too. I like Quorn as it's GMO free (sadly Morningstar Farms is not) so you can have "chicken" or "sausage" and make the same kinds of meals a meat eater would to have enough protein in your diet. Oh, also greek yogurt is good for protein.

ohh thank you buddies :) i will try it jaimie but in my country there is no many options .. for example the quinoa,tofo .. don't exist in our market :/

Are lentil's readily available? Those are high in protein. Beans are also good (including soy beans, lima beans, kidney beans, fava beans, black beans, etc). Peanuts and almonds also have protein. :)

I get quinoa and other stuff from Amazon.com because I can't find much here either.
