I make my own protein bars all the time. They look very similar to yours. I use a scooper to get consistent sizes and per scoop my bars are 67 calories. I usually eat 2 .

I’d love to share the recipe but my wife made them and has been too busy with our kiddos and life to write it down. She found it online somewhere though. If she’s able to find the time and dig the recipe up, I’ll be sure to share it. :) @Crystal I appreciate the words of support and congrats on your weight loss as well. I hope you can drop back to where you were soon. For me, working out was the magic piece I was missing. I have a personal trainer that, while expensive, ensures I’m consistent and gives me accountability to keep pushing myself.
