This weigh in is the scales at the gym. On Jan 1 I was 82.8 on that scale. This might be hard to repeat for the rest of the week, but see how we go.
I am eating to the weather, so lots of fruit and yoghurt this weekend. No interest in cooking in this heat. It will affect but blood sugar readings but at least I've put myself in a position where the impact will be minimal and brief.
