Not the best of weeks for getting started. Had wisdom tooth out last week, that was ok, could only eat yoghurt, porridge and soup but the scales didnt show much of a loss. Then i got an infection, oh boy, the chipmonks had nothing on my face!!! SO i was back to eating soup, porridge and yoghurt. As well as antibiotics which i cant have alcohol with(which is probably a good thing!). ANyway now feeling better so can get back to exercising.
