I know I am not supposed to weigh daily - but my OCD kicks in and I can't help myself. I don't count any weight until Sunday (my "official" day) so I think it's okay. The whole week I was down, but this morning, TMI ALERT, it's that TOM and I am even. Bummed. Of course, even is better than up, but still. I intend to work even harder this week and am hoping for a loss to show for it next Sunday.

I hear you, my hormones are raging right now and I am retaining water like a sponge. Don't stress too much, you are working hard and are doing well.

I too can't stay off of the scale, it has only been 4 days and I know I should weigh once a week.

I say weigh in whenever you want. Drop? Take it! Up? Wait a day or two. I find the scale to be positive reinforcement.

I had a hard time dieting with my other half because men loose weight faster than women. I would get discouraged... im competitive.
