Oh boy are holiday weekends tough. I did manage to squeeze in two workouts over the last 4 days but the burgers, hot dogs and beers definitely hurt. I guess it's ok considering this is a marathon not a sprint but I feel guilty indulging nonetheless. I'm scared to weigh in later this week. HAHA
