5th Day Strict Paleo
Yippeee!!! I am actually doing great. Worst I did all week was have one small bite of my BF's Lasagna off his plate as I was waiting for my eggs to finish. I havn't had any cravings for bad foods. Only thing I craved on Wednesday was chocolate. I had 3 tiny pieces. This is a big thing for me because I was spending the night at my parents who only have junk food. When I visited..I opened the pantry.. It was loaded with canned goods, cereal, poptarts, mac n cheese pasta etc. Much of this is from my sister living at home. She a complete junkie for junk food. So my parents have to suffer with all the crap. I wasn't even interested in any of it except having a bite or two of chocolate. Other than that I have been on track and feeling pretty awesome. Not to mention I lost a tab bit of weight. Hopefully I can keep this up and not go back to 155.
