Happy New Year, Back to logging.
Completed 1st lower cholesterol exercise routine today. Will Continue.

I have initiated my own progressive program, lol Doctors are not too aggressive in that area.

I was wondering on the Cholesterol Exercise routine too - or are you just exercising in general ? In my 1st three months doing Keto my LDL went way UP. My triglycerides and HDL are great though.

Thanks everybody!!! I went to WebMD and got sone great information. Starting with 1 hour of exercise per day using step up machine at Apartment gym and light weight lifting ( 10 minutes of the 60 minutes) Keeping and eye on fat content and cholesterol numbers with Mynet Diary and Fs. This is the first time age 54 I ever had an issue with Cholesterol. I have been retiresmd for one year. The exercise may be a culprit.
