Today, was okay but I am sure it was over the amount of points I am to be on.
AS of this weekend, I went way OVERBOARD!!! Saturday, I had 1/2 Subway SPicy Italian Sub with loads of veggies & no mayo, 2 servings of Lays Kettle Chips, 2 Serving of Quaker Chips, 1 1/2 C of rice and Japanese style curry chicken.
Sunday: 1 C of rice and Japanese style curry chicken, Thai beef salad, 1 bowl of Thai beef noodle soup. 1 glass of white wine.
