Oh no, I skipped a day journalling. It might be a good thing cause that means I was out and not a slave to my computer. Today is my youngest child (my son Max's) 17th birthday. So we will be out for lunch and dinner. I will do my best...NOT. I am just glad I had a good work out this morning. One day off and I will just hop back on. It is a conscious choice. Anyway getting ready to go and PARTY!!!
