FEELS GREAT!! Ran 2 straight miles, walked 1 half mile and then ran 1 and one half miles more. Im actually kcking myself a little bit, because I think I could have run the whole 4 without walking. Man, it feels good to be getting back to a fitness level that I used to have! If you have started this journey...dont stop!You can do it!! Dont rip yourself off because we only have this one life (as far as I know anyway) and I am enjoying mine so much more right now!

You can. It took me a while. There are people here who are running marathons who could not walk a mile before they changed things up.

Man Mike, I haven't run two miles in two months. I am kind of jeleous even thought I hate running. I am so happy you made to this point. I will be rebuilding again once the podiatrist fixes my foot. Rock on guy.
