I have worked really hard on one aspect of my
Life that I have never been good at. Work life balance. I am a workaholic. I have an extremely addictive personality (the reason I feel better without sugar) and work takes over.

For about 6 mos I’ve done great. This week not so much. So much work that there is no me time at all. I have about 6 hours of work to do before I can sleep. Then up at 5. No time to rest. I have only had two meals since I left home.

Oh well. Weeks almost over. I’ll get home and back to my routine. I need a walk so bad right now.
