Today I want to really buckle down. I have a wedding to attend in June and a bridal shower in May. I want to at least be healthy and more fit by those times! I hid the box of chocolate in my condo on a shelf where I cannot reach without a stool. I know I will forget about it too. I am giving all the desert leftovers to people at work. No more for me. Time to get back to low carb, and get my body back.
Monday- Cardio Bootcamp Tuesday- Krav Maga/Mauy Thai/sparring Wednesday- Cardio kick boxing Thursday- Krav Maga/Mauy Thai/sparring Friday- no class- may workout at the gym
Of course the day I get back on track I forget my fitbit watch at home on the charger...
