Business lunch and dinner today. I generally do not eat out during the week so it throws a wrinkle or two in. Ate 1/2 of my lunch (1 of 2 sopes). basically stopped when I felt full. Probably no time for exercise today, but thats okay...I dont take many days off from that. Just trying to enkoy the meals (on my boss I might add!) and make good choices.
