Just got over a cold, Lol doc had ne eating more because the anti biotic I was on works really great but goes after the gastro system.... Feeling better, now I can just take one pill a day for the next 7 days and I am back to tracking food. Just using my net diary today, will use FS and MND both starting tommorow
