I have fluctuated down about 1lb., but not sure. It is hard for I need to eat enough, and to journal more, and keep track of my food. Need to start moving around more than I have been. Keep a positive mind, and try to eat under the guide lines of The New Atkins For A New You! The program has gotten easier, but there is strictness still to eat. Hopefully it will come more naturally as I go along. It is much harder as a vegetarian, and I get bored eating the same thing, like veggie burgers! I am so limited to what I can eat! It is also hard to get all the stuff, and expensive as well, for me speaking! Stopping to write my food has made it harder for me coming back to it!
