Working out consistently this week and then yesterday I did not record food or workout. It felt good to have a day off! I tallied my food and only went 125 or 150 calories over my RDI! PHEW! I read some helpful tips on Fitness pal about what to do when the scale won't budge and I like their point of view on gaining strength and well being versus always using the scale as your guiding light...I like the info I gather at their site, but I am really at home with my Fat Secret buddies! Have a good day everyone and ENJOY your weekend... (whenever it falls during the week)...I know not everyone works M-F :)!
