Ok, this was just too cute not to share. I was just doing my exercises. I had my yoga mat out but was working with my ball off my mat. I turned around to find my dog on my mat... doing downward facing dog. I busted out laughing. I wish I'd had a camera in my hand to take a picture. If I tried to get him to do it on purpose he wouldn't have done it but because my back was turned he was just like, "I can do this." He can be so funny sometimes, but can't all pets. Happy journey guys.

I wish my puppies would do this!!!. When I do yoga, they just play under me and then I cant get out of downward dog since the dogs like to be under me!!!! Also for some reason my morkie loves playing on my yoga mat. no idea why.

Yea, my dog loves my yoga mat. It took me about two weeks to get him to stay out of my face while I was on it but as soon as I get off of it he thinks it's his. I think he was giving me pointers. "No, you're doing it wrong. It's like this, see?"

That's great! When I'm doing Yoga, my cat likes to get up on my back for extra pressure, I guess. :)

They will copy your down dog and up dog all the time. They will also run under you in down dog and lick your face.

Okay dogs have personalities too. I love that your pet was doing it without you noticing. Your pet has your back and is also supporting you. I love it.

I gave up doing anything on the floor upstairs with my pup! She thinks it's playtime and jumps on top of me to wrestle...guess that would count as exercise LOL. I have to put her outside when I get the hula hoop out, she stops it with her nose... So anything on the floor I do in the basement, it also works better for me as it has carpet, upstairs is a wood floor. She is scared to death to go down the spiral staircase..
