Our Grandson's 3rd Birthday party was a wonderful time. I created a fabulous Thomas the train cake extravaganza! and with the help of hubby, it even had moving trains around the perimeter! AWESOME! It is getting harder to outdo myself! Anyway, I was able to resist all tastes during baking and making the frosting and fillings. so during the party I enjoyed some Kiddie fare, which was quite delicious...mac and cheese and bbq meatballs. AND, a small satisfying piece of cake. Funny, i don't crave it...usually I would eat and eat and eat...Later we ate at Panda Express and I went over my daily RDI, but I had a fun day and it was fun to eat what i wanted for the day and relax.
