Last day of logging food, on the road again tomorrow with sporadic access to internet and my normal food. Not expecting any drop in weight, will be happy to hold steady.

On the bright side, going to see the trainer (again) in a couple hours. ;-)

Love workouts with my trainer! Hope you have a great road trip - you'll be able to make due with what you find on the road - healthier options are out there!!! My trainer told me not to worry so much about vacationing and is lending me some resistance bands to get me through my trip in two weeks. I can't not exercise, I think I'd go nuts.

Hello healthy-allie! Thank you for stopping by. It is going to be quite difficult to find decent food but I travel quite a bit for work and am used to at least taking a stash of energy/protein bars, nuts, etc. for emergency. Will be spending time outside (instead of sitting in the office) so it somewhat compensates for the lack of intense workout. Besides, it is only a few days. Have another appointment with my trainer next Tuesday! ;-)
