Hi there everyone, we have a beautiful day here in CA temperature is just right.
Walked the dogs at 6:30am such a great time to be out there walking. Took my daughter to Flappy Jack's for breakfast, I have to admit I had a German Pancake it's very hard to resist that one.
Not going to the gym today I have to give my body a rest. I took 20,830 steps yesterday according to my FitBit, no wonder I was feeling tired.

Fantastic! It is great to hear that you up and about! Next time that I am in Cali, we will walk together! :) ~Ann ("Is it you that has A-Fib?") If so how are you doing? GB and thanks for your prayers.

Yes I do. I have had a good week with no real A-Fib problems. I have a FitBit that I wear all day it makes me very self conscious of how active I am and at what level.I get weekly reports on how well I did and what levels. Ann would love to walk with you when you come back you would have to walk one of my dogs though. lol. I do hope you are doing better, take care.
