Today, I am really tired as I was up until 3 something in the morning. HOwever, I also have my neighbor wanting to go walking with Joanna and me, even it it is a 10 at night. Also, I did a lot of waling yesterday with a little jogging. Hopefully, I can my some new shoes and be able to run more. I feel using the manual stepper in my room as conditioned my leg muscles for running.
Bad Items: I ate pretty late dinner (3 AM) so I used those items as my breakfast foods...thank goodness I was sharing with my niece, Tati, who ate most of it, so I didn't have much to eat except of chinese water cress (tastes like spinach--yummy)!
WW Points today: 31 (MAX) although yesterday, I ate 25 points,1 less than my max.
