As of yesterday, 72 years old. My birthday is always a starting over day. So after a full month of self-indulgence and a wine tour of the Okanagan, B.C , I have put the wine away and am aiming for a goal of 145 lbs by Christmas. 9 weeks, 29 lbs is 3.2 lbs per week. No idea if that is do-able but I’m going to stick with it, and all of you on this journey too and concentrate on just being active and eating well.
Ok! Now I’ve said it, going to be my word to myself.
79.1 kg 지금까지 감소한: 3.9 kg.    남은양: 20.1 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 잘 따르지 않음.
주 0.5 kg 증가하기

Happy Birthday, I do like your drive. If I may be so bold, perhaps extend your deadline by another 6 weeks. Loosing more than 2 pounds a week is very difficult, and maintaining such losses is even harder. A goal is a great start, but can be a deterent if you are not accomplishing them. BEST WISHES in the year ahead!

Happy birthday! I will do it with you! I need to lose 20 pounds and keep it off. I put the booze away too. My goal is a pound a week. Stock up on teas and non alcoholic drinks. Good luck!!

Happy birthday!! That goal is not healthy or doable though. Aim smaller and hit your main goal further in the future.
