Brought my girlfriend out this weekend, which screwed up my eating/workout/diet. I can happily say I had 1 beer the whole weekend. I picked a steak dinner with veggies but I did have some of the potato wedges appetizer and calamari.

Sunday I slept till 3:00pm!!!!! so I didn't fit a workout in because I had a final project to send to my teacher. Then last night I ate a sub because we had no dinner made and it was already 9:30 at night after we dropped my friend off at the train station and drove back to my BF's place. Now I am stuck with my unhealthy leftovers for lunch. As much as I hate bringing my bad leftovers to the next day. I will eat it and eat something mega healthy for dinner.


I decided no more going out (even though I do it maybe once every 3 months) and start getting into more healthy recipes to keep my diet interesting. Also I am thinking to cut dairy out all together.
