I woke up hungry but blood sugar was 117. No weight loss yet, but I am thinking that capsule-brewed coffee with a somewhat neglected water reservoir in machine might have caused stomach upset. I drank filter coffee instead and have not had repeat of sore and sour stomach reaction so far. Ate high protein despite half a chocolate croissant. My distressed stomach might also trace back to waking with no appetite for the past few days. Maybe a virus.
