October 12, 2022. Just got back from babysitting stint in Tacoma. I have gained one pound. Not able to weigh up there and lost sight of goals. Upward and onward. I have figured out calories for today. It helps to have an idea of what I should eat.

However, sour yoghurt with fresh apple pieces and coffee made my stomach so sore that I wound up eating several crackers. Close to 300 calories worth when small dabs of butter and peanutbutter were added. in future avoid yoghurt and coffee combo.
