First I would like to thank everyone for comments and support. It’s great for all of us to not be doing this completely alone.
With that said I would like to discuss IF. It seems to be widely used and discussed. I see the benefit. Have done some myself. But. Fasting? Almost sounds pleasant.
No IF for me, IS is more appropriate. Intermittent STARVATION :-)
