First full week of FS and things are going pretty good. Not eating enough but not really wanting to either. I averaged 1050 calories per day. I didn’t walk for a few days because of taking care of the grandkids and was pretty rainy. I was able to make up for it and still got on 27 miles.
In the airport now. Traveling all week for work. A group kind of thing too. The social aspect of food gets challenging but I will fight through it. Another 4 pounds this week would be awesome.
