Today I am starting again on the LCHF aka Banting.
I'm feeling optimistic, I did tons of research and I am more skilled on how fat helps to heal the body.
Now to put all into practice, that is the challenge.
I have analysed how I did it before and I can see where my pitfalls were so now I am all geared up.
So I'm turning a new page, week 1, day 1.
Breakfast: 3 egg omelette with bacon and spinach, black coffee
