I just wrote pretty much the same thing. But I hope you get it done. You will glad when you do. I decided to get it done because I don't like where I am right now.

Maybe you can use your obsession for good! Channel that energy into putting together a lifestyle that be healthy and satisfying for you. Easier said than done, right?

Thanks for all the kind comments. Eating should be simple but I realize for many of us it is not. I seemed to have had a handle on it and lost the weight and maintained the weight loss, and then I started to gain it back and then when I started to diet, i began to gain more and more....it seemed to work in the exact opposite direction...anyway, I am still here. :)
