I may have overindulged a bit last week🫢 Totally worth it though…
Anyway, I’ve noticed that I really struggle to reach my daily caloric intake on nutrient dense foods, because I just cannot eat that much anymore. It frustrates me so much because in order to break the plateau I need to eat just a little bit more than I’m used to. Moreover, it has become increasingly difficult for me to consume even half of my recommended daily protein intake. I’m considering whey protein supplements. Do you guys perhaps have any suggestions on which brand and type of whey protein would be good?
