WO, I sooo overdid it with the calories today, Need to watch my intake of food, I bought fruit to add to my diet, I guess I should of ate more fruit rather than the chips. I'll get up early and try my best to do a good work out. It's almost like going to the grocery store with a 100 dollars and you thought you stayed around 100 to find out at the counter you went over. I hate when that happens. : (

It happens to us all. The key is to get right back on track. That's always been my problem, I tend to let one failure derail me. Back at it tomorrow!
