Well; yesterday and I guess partly this morning didn't go to bad I only went over 507 Cals but working 21 hrs makes it real hard to stay to 1200. I was doing real good until about 2:30AM and I just couldn't take it any more, I was starving and carrots weren't cutting it so I had a little "Mini binge" and had a MC Fresh Steamer meal and two granola bars. That held me until a bed time snack of chips ahoy 100 cal at 5:00AM
Today when I got up I was satisfied with my 200 cal breakfast and I shouldn't have to work crazy long hours so I should be able to do 1200 cals OK; even-though, working upside down hours of the day dose make it a little more challenging.

It is hard with crazy hours. Protein and high fiber will keep you fuller longer than any other foods. You could bring a cooler of planned snacks like yogurt, cheese sticks, apples, veggies and hummus, small salad with chicken or tuna, etc. As a guy, you could probably eat more than 1200 calories and still lose. You could also try zig zagging your calories. If your working and on your feet you will burn off a lot of food.
