Hi Tubbs! This has nothing to do with ambition - I seriously need someone to kick my butt and hold me accountable. I know I SHOULD have enough control and determination to eat right, work out hard, etc. The problem is lately I do not feel like doing anything. Guess I at least realized that I need some help and went out and get it. The next 4 to 6 weeks is going to be fun!

Do you get to do crazy boot camp exercises? Is he/she like a drill Sargent? This sounds like such a great idea!!

He is actually quite mellow, but it works with my personality - I don't do well when someone yells. The first session seems simple - just 30 minutes of weight training - heavier and more reps than I am used to and non-stop. When I am at the normal gym sometimes I get mini breaks waiting on machines, walking around etc. That did not happen at his place - no waiting because it was just him and I and a whole bunch of machines and weights. He also has boot camp classes, but I think I need some one-on-one first before feeling comfortable to sign up for a class (what if I cannot keep up with the rest)? Also, he is aware of the wrist injury I had earlier this year so one of his job is work me as hard as possible, but not so hard that I will get re-injured.
