NOT beating myself up for this day... WHAT THE HELL? started the day off right... Perfect breakfast and snack...packed a healthy lunch...work was going great...trained a very nice, bright young girl, everything was going fine...and then after lunch, it was like, I am gonna stuff myself with food. All the food I can get my hands on...I have not done this in AGES...I work in a resturant and food is readily available and it's FREE, but seriously, I don't really care for it anymore...not at all...I was eating emotionally....I was hiding a hurt inside...I found out some sad news from my sister this morning and was consumed by sadness most of the morning... There was no one to talk it out with and I felt this emptiness and then my god, that awful fullness....WHY? needless to say, I bought some sweet shitty cake to top it all off with and partially enjoyed that, and drank some mountain Dew....Jeesh, sounds like confession here...So here's to a new day...TUESDAY will be my redemption.
